Yeah, no duh.
And signing 1,000 letters (over the space of more than
a year and a half) takes how long ... It averages out to something like two per day.

It is the least Rumsfeld could do. He's a great guy and is doing a great job, but he's not perfect. He blew it, big time, on this one.
