Here's an example of the wit, sarcasm, sincerity, & speed of the Freepers...

The speed at which news travels on sites like this... The news moves too fast.

The author keeps mentioning "speed" and how fast the news moves on sites like FR. Yet - oddly - the example of a FR thread he gives is one of minor importance, and is a very slow-moving thread with few posters. How much more interesting and exciting this article would have been if he gave some examples from FR's now-famous RatherGate investigatory threads from Sept 8 and 9, 2004...
