They think the word "fetus" is sensationalizing the story. ("Proof the RW controls the media.")
One poster says, "Everybody knows that an eight month fetus that is outside the womb is a baby."
I am still trying to understand their logic.

Well, the word fetus is Latin for UNBORN offspring, so once it's born it's not a fetus. Has it become clearer?
