I showed him you post and he said If HE had to do it (obviously he couldn't have) He would have passed out.

Seriously though, was this man using that as a defense? And is he Jewish?
If he used that as a defense he might have a small chance of success. But then the question would come up was if he has always been Jewish then why did he wait eight years and why did he do it himself?
Right. But the Jewish bris is done when the kid is an INFANT not an adolescent, for pete's sake!!!!!!!
