Los Gatos police have made an arrest in the case of a woman who has been missing for three years after she was last seen at a Campbell brew pub. Police say they arrested Maurice Nasmeh in San Jose at 8:45 a.m. this morning. He's the same man who police question three years ago regarding the disappearance of Janine Harms.
Harms was last seen with him at the Rock Bottom Brewery in Campbell in 2001. When she failed to show up for work the following Monday, friends and family became concerned.
She hasn't been seen since.
It was not immediately clear what additional evidence -- if any -- may have led to the man's arrest. he is being held on a no-bail warrant.
California? Portugal? Ecuador? Where.....

San Jose Area of California.
San Jose Area of California.
WTF is a Bew Pub?
It is supposed to be Brew Pub- ABC's fault.
Is this the one who was killed in her home?
Probably. Since she was never found it's impossible to know for sure, but her area rug was gone, and was later found in a dumpster.

Oh no. Sustern won't have far to move her TV equipment. And here we go again.
LOL
Greta is on a missing persons case in Newport Beach. She needs to set up a satellite office out west.
I read the background on Jeanine Harms. It is a long read.
However, this jumped out at me:
"I've been surprised by how resolute they've been," says their son Craig Sanchez. (Sanchez was in town visiting his family from Olney, Md., when Harms' was reported missing.)
Made me go.....Hmmmmm.
That link doesn't work.
Good.
Campbell CA. I've eaten in that very pub.
Sinunu said the big break came last year spring when a woman responded to a picture in the Mercury News of a rug that was missing from Harms' apartment. A woman named Charlotte Massey had found the rug in the late summer of 2001 inside a trash receptacle behind a shopping center that was being remodeled about a half-mile from Nasmeh's home.
It was in good condition, so Massey had used the rug in her home until she realized the police were looking for it as evidence in the investigation of Harms' disappearance. Despite all the time that had passed, and cleaning the rug had undergone, crime lab investigators were able find fibers on it that came from some yarn Harms used in a hobby.
``Sophisticated forensic analysis'' determined that those trace fibers matched others they found in the cargo area of Nasmeh's Jeep Grand Cherokee shortly after Harms disappearance,'' Sinunu said.
That's the same vehicle Nasmeh was driving this morning when he was taken into custody without incident as he drove to work.
