Why would you say a rapist or murderer is cool?

I said, "And those rapists and murderers are cool if they're not caught?"

That sentence meant that rapists and murderers escape man's sanctions if they are not caught, so they're "cool", which is jargon for escaping detection.

This was my way of pointing out that you seem to believe that if a malum in se criminal that gets away with it, everything is "cool", because there are only man's laws. Getting away with it can't be intrinsically bad because God's laws determine the intrinsics.

Nothing I have said, infers that I think criminals are cool that get away, that is what you are trying to make it sound like.

What I said was that God creates us all, some good, some bad. If a criminal appears to get away with something here on earth, then, I believe that is the way God wants it, for whatever His reasons are. I do not question God.
