why? both govern movement of matter, whether it is celestial or our bodies?

Are we speaking of a physical law like gravity, or a moral law like 'thou shall not kill', or the physical act of killing someone, which I don't think has anything to with a law, as much as an actual physical act.

Celestial movement of matter? I don't understand this, please explain.
