What if you hold that there is a God, but there is no law of God?

There can't be God without His law, lest His aim is to create spiritual anarchy and evil among men.

I would say that this position is nonsensical and self-refuting.

If indeed God exists - God as the unmoved mover/first cause as derived from scientific inquiry - He is the fundamental cause of every "law" of nature. He law is not just "thou shall not kill" but also "the force of gravity is proportionate to the mass of an object." If you believe in God, the "law" of God is inescapable.
