This is an absolute outrage!!!
I'm guessing Ms Lynn has a backer somewhere who wants that retirement village on HIS piece of land.
That oughtta bring you some grief ;^)

AKA - politicians
It is, sadly, legal for the government to "condemn" the property - that is the bad news. The good news is that since there is an arms length commercial transaction in the mix, the value of the property is known to both seller and buyer. The municipality would have to pay the seller the amount of money the buyer is willing and contracted to pay to the seller and then negotiate the value to the buyer (less the amount paid to the seller). Sounds like an expensive park...it could be just another scam by a political whore to take something that does not belong to the whore - maybe, too, it could be more cynical than that - maybe Lynn wants a piece of the deal or the deal to be spiffed over to a political donor...
As an aside, the price of houses on Lake Lanier tops out around $2.0 million and averages around $350,000 (source: FMLS)
This is the type of story the media should be covering. Thank God for talk radio. The MSM doesn't get it.
If they filled their proper function as a public watchdog, instead as an arm of the DNC both them and us would be better off.
