Hobby Lobby is owned by Christians. Always Christian music playing in the background and also closed on Sundays.

And I also recently was shopping at a Hobby Lobby and was sure to drop a little extra in the Salvation Army kettle outside the door ... :-)I stopped and said a few words to a Salvation Army bell ringer yesterday, thanked her for standing in the cold, asked her how long she was working (4 more hours, 6 total), and let her know I appreciated her taking the time out of her day to do that. I shoulda got her a hot chocolate. Maybe I'll do that today.

On a positive note, I'm starting to see Christmas being mentioned in store ads the last few days. Maybe the retailers are panicking? The Home Depot sent out a circular mentioning Christmas at least 3 times where before it was all about "Holiday" trees and "Holiday" decorations.

Office Space was okay, but was hobbled by a cliched Hollywood happy ending.
Clockwatchers was much better, an indie film that was both funny and honest.
I also recommend American Job, an amazing and depressing documentary.
