Great story about online shopping.

Online shopping rules. Just use common sense--if you can't identify the shipping/handling fees before checkout--don't do it.

Take an extra moment to seek customer reviews for the online seller if you are not familiar with the business.

I have developed several e-commerce sites for clients, and they're all doing great! I have one client who has a brick-and-mortar store, who was delivering pizzas on the weekends a few years ago to support his large family. Now he's doing so well with his online business that he's been able to hire employees and open up a warehouse just for his online business.
