I am not sure the problem here, but either I am not making myself clear, or you are having difficulty understanding me. Let me make it clear and specific:

The woman deserves to be punished.

I think 12 months in jail and having her kids taken away is excessive (based on the evidence that I had read at the time of the post).

I am willing to withold judgement, until I have heard ALL the evidence.
