Where in the Constitution does it say America is responsible for the living conditions in foreign countries? If they don't like living in horrible conditions, isn't it THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to change them?

My statement - IF taken as a whole - was a true statement of the problem {{{that people refuse to look at and try to solve}}}, for the benefit of ALL concerned.

My statement had nothing to do with suggesting that the Constitution obligates us to solve problems in Mexico. Why would you even go there?

I would sincerely hope you would not join in the unfair, vicious, verbal assaults displayed by some when it comes to this topic.
