Antelope Valley 46.7%----------------------------------------------------

I know that the Antelope Valley was once a "white trash" area. I'm sure, that along with San Bernadino and Fontana, it is probably filled with illegals now.

Not surprised that the west side has a low rate of illiteracy. Large Jewish population, and those actors who also live there at least know enough to read a script, although they are still morons.

The UK has 99% literacy, full stop.

If you really believe that the country that's won the 2nd highest number of Nobel prizes, second almost every time only to the US, really does have such crappy education, then you're a bit educationally challenged yourself.

However, I'm not saying we're not going to end up functionally illiterate, if the government doesn't stop treating "education education education" as it's latest business opportunity. "Hey, let's privatise everything that isn't nailed down!"
