Another observation... the states that are natural resource development states, lead all others in charity! I think that speaks volumes about the REAL AMERICANS, who make up America and are referred to as the "silent majority".

I am postive Virginia would be higher but for the areas closest to D.C. Solidly blue, the home of the infamous Jim Moran. Rest of the state is very red.
