Jordan. Yes, they should be in Jordan using Jordanian currency. I agree...

Exactly right! Maybe this is a step in the right direction. Of course, the Jordanians don't want them. Rampant unemployment and poverty and the tendency to blow up stuff doesn't put anyone high on any nation's "welcome to our country" list.

The 'palis' already have a state.
It's called Jordan.
Pray that it would be. It should be.

Maybe the 'palestinians' can be sold to Jordan? Hey, a country with no oil and little income just might be willing to do a deal? Just think, (dreaming) all the money that the US saves by not contributing to the UN and problem solved...(more dreaming) give Gaza to Egypt, with the 'palestinians' in situ. End of Story.
If this sounds cockeyed, it's probably because I'm just an ignorant aussie, but I really really wish hope pray that the 'palestinians' NEVER get a State. They don't deserve it. And they never really wanted one anyway.

You know there can be a price arbitrated, with the Saudi's help (har!), and a 'show of near and mighty force' put down fiercely that could easily, with all the *goodies* *flowing* *better than ever*...create a socialist Arabian Union that could, with their oil - compete with the Asian Union's economy, the European Union's economy and the United States of the America's economy - all in the DOMINANT REGIONAL CURRENCIES!
I could see a 'win-win' come together without a shot fired (but mighty force projected), a "New World" with a: Euro, Dollar, Yuan (PRC?) and maybe the JORDANIAN DINAR and then the last Great Union's (yet to be positively IDd) currency.
And, you know there's something afoot with FTAA on the Jan. '05 horizon and thought bites coming out everywhere about the Criminal Invasion and Homeland Security...LoL! It is fun to run it through (or is it just me?! lol). Hey, long day...

Nice development. Possibly this is a step toward reintegration of the "Palestinians" into the Jordanian political system. Even for years after 1967, King Hussein's gov't paid the salaries of the various Arab officials still functioning in their old offices in the West Bank. When he finally pulled the plug (I'm thinking it was circa 1985) it was speculated that the King was trying to shake loose a solution by pulling the plug. Fact is, he probably was out of money.

So Palestinians who go to work in Israel will get paid in shekels, and then give 3% of their income to an Israeli bank to change it into Dinars, and then they will give those Dinars to a Palestinian shopkeeper, who will give 3% to an Israeli bank to change it back into Shekels to buy more supplies from Israel.
Boy are they dumb or what?
