well, if the standards are marital fidelity, then maybe so. As I recall, Reagan was divorced, and I would bet that as part of the breakup with Jane Wyman, he may well have had an affair. So I guess that means he never should have been president.
Nope. Seems I remember reading somewhere that Jane just decided she didn't want to be married any longer. He was devastated. Sorry to disappoint you if that would do it.
