"Isn't it the same for Australia?"
Only in Victoria to my knowledge, where the State Governor, a man of Lebanese descent, established and funded an organization to monitor 'hate crime/speech' - as a result of which some muzzies infiltrated (attended?) a seminar being held by a lay-preacher during which passages from the koran were read. Now, one would assume that to be a perfectly acceptable thing to do...however, the muzzie 'spies' recorded the procedings and reported the incident, result: charges were laid. The verdict will be handed down on December 17.
Fascinating thing is...the 'hate speech' quoted came straight out of the koran! The defence document (which was available on the Net, but I can't find it now) stated one by one, the very verses that were quoted and asks the question (paraphrasing) wherein lies the hate-speech? In the koran or in the mouth of the one who reads it in public?
This verdict will be very interesting. The case has been ongoing for years. It cost the little church hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

How could those church-goers be duped so easily. They had to have noticed that the guy had a beard longer than most of their cars, some kind of weird hat, and kept sticking his butt up in the air.
Or maybe he was disguised as a normal person. Hmmm.
