yeah, it is gangs like MS-18 an other gangs that have member that are former military from south and central america that are the majority of the problem.

I've lived in southern California all my life. There are places here that I wouldn't even drive through because of the gang activity. It's starting to look like Mexico and South America.

We see groups of these little punk gangbangers with their shaved heads and baggy clothes, hanging around doing nothing, and we know that we're paying their bills. It's sickening.
