Get back to me when you stop blaming George W. Bush, instead of your Senators Boxer and Feinstein. Bush heads the Executive Branch. Border policy and enforcement is HIS responsibility. Boxer and Feinstein are no help, as they vote for and advocate open-borders, but they ought to be irrelevant since they are not in the minority of the Legislative Branch. But when Bush is as much an open-borders advocate, it's HIM who has to take responsibility.
