Yup. Sometimes a vigilante is exactly what's needed. These people shouldn't be cowering in fear as police admit they're helpless. The one gang banger said they'd keep on multiplying. Well, somebody better start doing some extreme subtracting.

My sentiments exactly. Gangs are like a disease that is killing our society and as such should be identified, isolated and eradicated.
