I dont infer the Judge used good judgement,--no pun intended--but blacks have become overly sensitive to the point of ridiculousness.

All of the parish’s other district judges later went on record denouncing Ellender’s actions. It was not just Blacks complaining, it was everyone with common sense, including every other Judge in that Parish.

Are you really stupid enough to believe another Judge might have just laughed it off? They have to cover their own a$$es ,of course they laughed in private and condemned him in public.

You have a special gift, to know what it is men's hearts and to attribute specific feelings. You must be a good poker player too. I guess I'll just trust everything you say, cause you say so.
Unlike you, some people don't just cover their asses all the time, but do what is right. I'm sure that is a foriegn concept to you.
