Ughhhh...total misinformation!!! They don't 'cut' anything off!!! A small incision is made under the breast and the implant inserted. Operative word (no pun intended) small incision. The implants used today are saline (salt water) not silicone (which was known to harden and become mishapen). Neither saline or the original silicone should have ever made a 'slooshing' sound (another misnomer on an earlier post).
There is a website, AwfulPlasticSurgery.com, that really shows off the bad work that celebrities have done to themselves. And yes, you can generally and fairly easily tell real cleavage from fake. If they look like two halves of a cantalop affixed to a woman's chest=fake. If the cleavage have a natural, straight line to it (see the photo of Ms. Angel)=real.
Now that I have explained everything...my work here is done.
HAHAHAHahah... My girlfriend had one done. She said they made a small incision near the nipple and peeled the nipple back before inserting the bags.....
urp
I have to go lie down.... sorry....
