You point out a conditional that sounds absurd to you. But the problem is that the premise is likely absurd to the person you are asking. I'm sure very, very many men could not possibly imagine their wives suddenly wanting to get breast implants.

My wife has enough emotional and physical self confidence that hse doesn't need to augment her breasts. If she were so insecure as to want an augmentation, we would have a conversation.
