Does he go to the back of the line on California's death row or can they pick and choose and maybe bring him to the top ten? Seems like there are a lot of people on California's death row and California does about 1 execution every twenty years.
For Peterson, death means life in prison. Good either way.

I'm not sure how the death row law works, or should I say doesn't work here in California. My brother-in-law to be is an officer and he took us on a tour of the Fresno jail once. I'm glad I was on the other side of the bars, I can tell you that. I'll have to ask him about the death row process and law here.
As publicized as this case is, it may bring some reform to the law one way or another.
