When we hear the first word from Mike Farrell, he needs the same penalty.

It makes on wonder if you were Amber F. - just how close did you ever come to experiencing the same thing? Would she have been able to live unfettered until she got pregnant too? This case has had a lot of sad - but necessary reality. MEN LOVE YOUR WIVES! (If for no other reason it keeps you from being sentenced to death!)
Food for thought...

It's only been recently that I have begun to hear the word "scrapbooking". And begun seeing "scrapbooking" supply stores popping up. Sure, people used to "keep a scrapbook"...I kept a scrapbook when I was in high school and I kept a scrapbook when my jedis were babies.
But this seems to go beyond keeping a scrapbook and seems to be some kind of new fad. I've even had a lady invite me to a "scrapbooking party"...I think she called it a cropping. Sure enough, she sells the stuff. Ah hah. I looked at her like she was insane and told her I don't keep a scrapbook and she then in turn looked at me like I was insane! LOL
I don't have the Precious Moments gene either apparently. "Are you scrapbooking? Would you like to come to a cropping?" Lord, it's all to smarmy for words, imo.
Oh I bet I get flamed for this...LOL!!

When we hear the first word from Mike Farrell, he needs the same penalty. That reminds me--a few years ago, Farrell was on Politically Incorrect, sitting across from Dennis Miller and the subject got around to the death penalty. Miller sliced through Farrell like a Christmas ham. It was a beautiful thing to see.

Scott may well have done the deed, but I am concerned about the damage just done to our legal system here.
Don't get the verdict you want? Change jurors.
Physical evidence? We don't need any.
Has America adopted the Soviet system of justice?

I wonder if Gerragos is not going to be held in contempt for misconduct during the trial.
This would not have been exposed during the actual case but it can now be revealed.
He put that boat with the headless dummy right where the jurors could see it.

Those are my exact thoughts. I personally think he did it, but this is far from over. I think there will be another trial for the reasons you mentioned above.

(I'm usually not wrong, btw.) Yeah, right, like that time you accused me of being a troll. Don't worry too much, freedomson, he does that a lot. He did it to me, when I got a little belligerent one day, and used a few choice metaphors. Thanks for calling him on it.
It's a particularly reverse troll trick, much like some women do to their boyfriends/husbands...they accuse them of doing something that they never did, and then when the man is so shocked by the accusation, and either gets defensive (over something he didn't say) or says nothing (which presumes his guilt), she runs with it, as if that validates her false premise.
Anyway, hang in there. You know who and what you are. Keep spreading freedom, one post at a time.

Yea, if he had just been charged with stealing the boat he would have walked, but the jury responded to the seriousness of the charge nad ignored the absence of evidence.
Notwithstanding, he probably did it.
