but that's just my opinion, and until my opinion matches others in a court of law - it doesn't mean squat... except, of course, that I have a right to vote based on that opinion...then it carries some weight.

The Constitution cannot be changed unless
Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House,
remove such disability.
