I got a card, but I also got a really great calendar (think that came from the RNC). It has nice pictures of the President and two especially nice ones of the President and Mrs. Bush.

I thought their family's Christmas Letter was pretty lame. Does anyone really care that Laura is learning to needlepoint, that their kids have graduated, and George got a job extension? Oh their stories about the dog and their trip to Chile were boring, not to mention the paragraph about George clearing brush on their property.

My son got one. I think it was because of the amount of money he donated directly to Bush/Cheney '04. Hubby and I donated, but not all directly to Bush/Cheney. We didn't get a card.

White House Christmas Card just arrived Saturday. I know you are proud of the fact you received a card from our President and don't wish to diminish the honor with the following question. Just exactly where on the card does it say it's a Christmas card?
I don't see any reference to Christmas on the front and the inscription inside the card reads:
"Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. Psalm 95:2 (NIV)
May songs of joy fill your home with warmth and your heart with happiness this holiday season. 2004"
So, the recipient can interpret this card to be a generic all purpose Event card. In essence, he is saying Happy Event or Whatever.
The way Bush has been extolling Kwanzaa in the past, don't be surprised to receive a Kwanzaa card next year.
In the meantime, Merry Festivus ;-)

Yes, got one last week. Beautiful card. Somehow, I think that the fact that I sent $25 or so to Bush-Cheney '04 had something to do with me getting a card this year but not last year.

The card came at Thanksgiving and the calendar arrived last week. Unfortunately the calendar included a solicitation for even more money!

Nope, I did not get one.
I did, however, get a card from a gal I dated in college. She was a gymnist...and now works for a circus.

I haven't gotten one this year - yet. Perhaps because I donated all of my contributions to the Swifties and not directly to the Bush campaign.
I consider that I got the most bang for the buck.
I did get the cards for the last four years - 2000 to 2003.

My parents got theirs postmarked from Crawford Texas and dated 11-26-04. I'm bummed because I have not received mine yet.

Got one last year but so far nothing this year. We moved this year, maybe it was sent to our old address, and is being forwarded.
