Use the small image where that link takes you, and copy it. I opened it in WORD and played around with stretching it. Others may have a better idea.

I save the file, and put it in my word processor. Then I print the document. My husband saves the file, and prints it right from Windows Explorer. Highlight the file, click File/Print. I used to know how to do it in DOS. Windows has made me an idiot.
