As a recently retired veteran I can tell you the Dems have absolutely no moral authority to criticize defense funding!

Yeah. It's the democrats fault for running candidates that would have voted for this restriction had they been elected. It sure ain't the fault of the majority republicans in congress who actually were elected and who actually did vote for the restriction.
