A lot of accusations, but few facts. Quite a bit of this can be explained away. Sounds like a scorned woman taking revenge to me. The Daily News had better make sure their lawyer retainers cover intentional libel - Kerik is a currently private citizen and well able to hire a fleet of lawyers himself.
