I am intrigued, as a once-resident of Switzerland, as to how that country will deal with any indictments. They do not extradict for crimes that are not criminal in Switzerland, which was their out re tax evasion for Rich prior. However, if they can get him on something serious and the international community all starts to agree that he deserves punishment, they will be in a tough place.

Marc basically BOUGHT himself a cushy hideaway in Switzerland, and they have profited handsomely.

However, if the fit hits the shan Rich does have a couple of other countries that would take him in.

Rich's options are narrowing. Although he does hold citizenship in Israel, and has been their most generous philanthropist, probably they would not take him in b/c it would be bad PR. Adding insult to injury, the fact that Clinton stupidly admitted in the NY Times that Barak's phoning him and the barrage of letters from officials there helped Clinton make up his mind to pardon Rich caused a horrific brouhaha. Everybody, and their uncle, from Commentary to the Village Voice, and so on, weighed in to denounce Clinton's claim. Even the zipper on Times Square zapped Clinton on that admission.
