I can't give you the link but can quote you the place where Woolsey made his statement and give you the date and full quote.

On September 5, 2002, Wall Street Journal article entitled "The Iraq Connection" by senior editorial writer Micah Morrison which discussed Jayna Davis and Laurie Mylroie's work on first WTC bombing and the OKC case.

Former CIA Director James Woolsey is quoted in the article as saying:

"When the full stories of these two incidents (1993 WTC bombing and the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing) are finally told, those who permitted the investigations to stop short will owe big explanations to these two brave women. And the nation will owe them a debt of gratitude."

Aside from the WSJ article, this and other high level endorsements are mentioned in the book beginning on page 157 and throughout the book.
