Maybe this might have something to do with Phillip Morris hiking their prices....
If someone suffers due to expensive [regular] tobacco they can always grow it themselves. But they won't have anything to smoke tomorrow.
Why don't cigarette smokers do that, anyway? It would save them a lot of money.
