Curb was Lt. Gov. under Reagan and was the one that signed the withholding bill into law when Reagan was out of state for 2 days.

As they said in a Disney movie, "Boy have you got your lions crossed."

Curb was LG under Jerry Brown and had a lot of fun with him whenever Jerry tried to leave the state.
