'Options' show under the 'Tools' drop-down on mine. Are you using the current version 1.0.7?

Yes, just downloaded it a month or so ago.

Web Search,
Downloads,
Extensions,
Themes,
Javascript Console,
DOM Inspector, and
Page Info
are the only menu items under Tools.
The only extension I chose to download is BBCode. Which, BTW, seems to lose its Settings and Custom Tags on the rare occasion of a crash.

I'll do some looking around in the config and see if there's anything in there for Fonts.

I'm seeing everything you are seeing on the Tools Drop-down list EXCEPT I have options at the bottom. You may want to try a un/reinstall and see if it shows up for you by default. I also checked the about:config and there are multiple entries in there for Font Sizes. If you can find which Font you are using you may be able to choose which font size you want for that type.
