Voice recognition would make so much sense. No wonder why the pencil necks are against it.
Yup, you could do your charting while taking data on the patient. It would reduce errors. It would eliminate overtime. It would make pulling a chart a lot easier.
Liability, privacy concerns, and stupid bureaucracy are all in the way. It's doable, but it isn't easy.
