It's up to date as I understand. But, again, this plan pre-dates the TTC. I-10 cannot be allowed to compete against the new toll road that will essentially run parallel to it.

Really?..... and the governor has the authority to shut I-10 down or convert it to forced tolls?.....

Well I'm outta here for a while as I'm going to crank some miles out on the bike using one of these free feeder roads we have here..... I won't be paying any tolls.... Have a good one..
