Program reviewing and honoring the past 25 years of the Collegiate Network, the group of college conservative writers who began challenging the liberal orthodoxy on campuses all over the country back in the seventies - John Podhoretz and Todd Lindberg from the University of Chicago on now - interesting history, running for about another hour on C-Span......
It's a great presentation. In addition to those mentioned, David McIntosh, former (R) representative from Indiana, emcees the event .. I think he's an official in the organization, Bill Krystol, and Rich Lowry is on now. Bodes very well for the future to see the college kids getting active in the conservative movement.
I enjoyed that show a lot, nice informal speakers with some good stories. It's nice to know that National Review won't be assessing any rap artists in their magazine, ROTFL.
A couple of good stories from Fred Barnes - God using Kerry's lie-clock as a fan - funny......
