IIRC, it's Hydrogen to Helium.
Helium to Carbon and Oxygen.
Carbon and Oxygen to Iron.
Iron is the absolute end.

1.44 solar masses is the Chandrasekhar limit. Below that is too little mass to generate a supernova.
