Given the nature of Serbian actions under Milosevic, just about every non-Slavic writer on the subject has been labelled as anti-Serb.

LOL. And just about every non-slavic writer on the subject that's against the Kosovo war has been labelled anti-Albanian/pro-Serb and so on! The fact is that the "labelling" goes both ways.
