From what I was reading the problem was one that occurred while he was in Iraq...his wife hired a nanny that may have been an illegal and taxes weren't paid correctly. As I understand what I have read he didn't know this until he was going over records with his attorney.

It's a shame he has to resign when he wasn't in the wrong. I feel sorry for his wife, she probably feels very guilty about it all and feels really low.
