Dont be stupid. Its accepted practice to round up to the nearest whole number if the half percentage point exceed .5. In Bush's case, he got 51% of the popular vote. That won't change and it sticks in libs' craws that the President is popular with a majority of the American people. Now its time for them to put up with it for another four years.
