The court-martial of Army Private Lynndie England will be transferred from Fort Bragg to Fort Hood, military officials said Friday.
England is a 22-year-old Army Reservist from Fort Ashby, W. Va. who is charged with 19 counts of abuse and indecent acts in the alleged abuse of prisoners at Baghdad’s infamous Abu Ghraib prison.
Her attorneys argue that she and other soldiers in her Maryland-based 372nd Military Police Company were acting on orders to soften prisoners up for interrogations by keeping them nude and humiliating them.
She is one of seven members of the unit charged in the alleged abuse.
The courts-martial of three other Reservists were moved to Fort Hood in November.
Sgt. Javal Davis, Spc. Sabrina Harman and Spc. Charles Graner Jr. are also charged in connection with the abuse of Iraqi detainees.
They were originally scheduled for court martial next year in Baghdad.
The charges stem from the scandal that erupted last spring after photographs of prisoner abuse at Abu Ghraib became public.

Yup. She was Islams greatest threat and we are court-martialing her. Think about it, and I know you have, an American Little Bit pointing at the naked Iraqis and giving a thumbs-up.
Prolly because she was the most visible in those photos. And the most visibly pregnant after. She's a bad soldier.
Because it was opposite sex and she was obviously enjoying it. Had it been one man obviously enjoying the contact with naked female arabs, the press would be over that just as much.

Based upon earlier photos, anyone who would get Lynndie pregnant, even on their own time, should receive substantial time in the brig.

Focus here for a minute. We need to consider who is picking on her and why.
She is being picked on because, picking on her can be construed to make Bush/Rumsfeld/Republicans look bad. She is being picked on by the left, who are elevating her importance to a far greater height then her deeds warrant.
When it comes to destroying B/R/R. the left could give a rats rear end who they run over.
By making this a woman's issue, it creates a distraction as to the real purpose in destroying this poor woman.
maybe that's because as screwed up as it was for men to do this crap, it's been known to happen... when a girl does this type of thing, something VERY UN LADY LIKE i might add, it draws a LOT of heat and questions as to what women are doing there in the first place let alone as to what type of females we are letting into the service that would do such a thing... it's the law of unintended consequences.
