CSPAN and CSPAN2 have interesting shows but mostly authors discussing their books, and live coverage of events. No noticeable reporting as the term is usually used.

As for Dianne Rheam, if you consider that high quality reportage, then by all means, knock yourself out. Maybe when you wake up you'll feel different. And be old enough to shave.
