First things first. Dynamite is banned. Verboten. Does paper snuff wick? Or does it burn? Too ambiguous. Make a hitchhiker fist during a serious game of Rock Paper Scissors, and you'll be laughed out of the room.
Which brings us to the second point: There are, in fact, serious games of Rock Paper Scissors.

I'm still trying to figure out why this article was written, and why it made it to the front page of the Washington Times.
But there must be a reason, so I dutifully posted it.

"We're talking to studios about an RPS movie, like 'Dodgeball' but better," said Matti Leshem, a Los Angeles-based producer who oversaw the Fox Sports Net segment. "There are all kind of things that appear to be boring on TV at first blush, like blackjack or poker. This is much more interesting." Yes, I often fantasize about being in the high pressure, internationally televised world championship final round of Free Cell.

I never thought it was a fair game - I was never fast enough to "change on the way down", like my friends. (Yeah, I know, boo hoo hoo.)

I long to hear a play-by-play announcer exclaim "Oh My! The Champ has tiddled his last wink! The Challenger Wins!"

I recall reading a chapter or two devoted to this in one of the Ian Fleming James Bond books. I'm not 100% sure but I think it was You Only Live Twice. It was definitely one of those things that never made it into the movies.

One of the funniest videos I ever saw was from a State Troopers "cruiser camera" that caught three burly troopers standing in front of their cruiser using "rock, paper, scissors" to decide who would have to arrest the dui guy standing in front of them.

Funny stuff yet I note that he didn't capitalize God. Not a typo the truly God-fearing usually miss...I'm going to write him to at least let him know. Some of his other stuff is so-so and with a few vulgarities.
