Rush is doing his usual 'I knew it' routine. When Rush has a thought, he usually says it and doesn't hold back. This is his way of making him seem smarter than the rest of us. He did a similar thing when my brother talked to him on the air a few years ago. He said, "I was waiting for a call like yours".
