I think the questions the soldiers asked are valid questions, even if the questions were "planted" by a reporter. What pisses me off though is that this is being characterized as an embarrassment for Rumsfeld. From what I have seen and read, he is the type of guy who likes to mix it up like this. If Rumsfeld is "embarrassed", I am guessing it's news to Rumsfeld. This event really encapsulates everything that is wrong with the media.

used by an imbed who was a political hack. This was a question that could only be loved by someone who either is unfamiliar with military hard ware or someone who hates the military altogether. (see
