a prior sex offender who was on probation for an earlier domestic violence case The panel who let this animal out on probation would be in court now facing jail time. This sick animal needs to be put down not let out on probation. What the hell is going on?

Yep I picked up on this history too. What do people expect when they live in a city that pushs sex.
