Condi as SOS, Rumsefeld at Defense, Kerik at Homeland, Guiterraz at Commerce, and Powell out.

Mineta, Snow, Chao are not the sum of his appointments.

I know there are some good ones. It's just the bad ones spoil the taste of the good ones. Maybe it's just a matter of taking the bitter with the better.

Powell out is bad. Mineta in is bad.

Certainly, the good appointments outweigh the bad ones, but SecTrans is a WOT-related position, and it's filled by a Clinton holdover who has publically stated that he hopes 70 year old women are screened with the same attention that 20 year old Muslim men are!

Mineta & Snow are both awful - (I can take Snow being there, probably out of loyalty...and there is much on the economy side outside of him) -

But keeping Mineta is simply wrong - This man is terrible.
